RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

No returns allowed on any SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship/ defects / arrived in damaged condition are found.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. (This means you should contact us within 14 days of getting the product to start the return progress.)

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product for refund you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs . Shipping costs are non-refundable . if you are shipping an item over 50$ you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUND PROCESS

Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. Please allow for a period of up to 21 days to process the refund.

CUSTOMIZABLE PRODUCTS

Returns on customized products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs are as followed:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us (Sol Jewellery), we are required to accept the return.
  • All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
